Ceremony Information Request
Please fill out the Ceremony Information Request Form to contact me about a particular ceremony you have in mind. Once I receive your form, I will get in touch with more information, my availability, and pricing.
Meeting
Normally, I try to meet with couples so that they can get a feel for the kind of ceremonies I perform and if I am a good fit for what they are envisioning. We can do this in person or in an online meeting.
Booking a date
If you decide you would like me to perform a ceremony for you, I require a deposit of half the ceremony fee to secure the date. Upon receiving the deposit, I will provide a package to help with your preparation for the ceremony. Once you have secured the date, I am available in person or by phone or email to discuss any aspects of your ceremony until the day of your ceremony.
For wedding ceremonies, I will contact you about a month before your wedding date to finalize the ceremony text. At least two or three weeks before your wedding ceremony, I will obtain the marriage licence from them and discuss the details of the wedding. A formal rehearsal is possible but not usually necessary.
Obtaining your license
You can obtain a marriage license from any municipal office in Ontario. Your marriage license is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used for marriage in any Ontario location.
